was created and incorporated in Virginia in November of 1990. All shares are
privately held and no public offering is currently scheduled. The president and
founder of the Corporation is
Dick Lindjord.
Continental Sedan, now

stretch limousine services. Up until late 1990, the Executive sedan, Private car
or Black car service barely existed in Washington D.C.
and surrounding suburbs. Continental Sedan was one of the few original
chartered companies licensed in the Washington area.
